Default Smoking problem with leakdown and compression #'s

I am getting white/blueish smoke under WOT from 5k rpm to redline. It's not too bad but enough to notice a haze out the rearview after doing a hard pull. Compression test was 230-240 on all cylinders. I did a leakdown test and I'm getting the following readings:

Cyl 1: 6-7%
Cyl 2: 2%
Cyl 3 :2%
Cyl 4: 6-7%

Are the leakdown numbers bad enough to cause my smoking issue? I am thinking its a bad turbo seal because I have been running this turbo hard for 3+ years and bought it used. There is no telling how many miles are on it. What do you guys think?

Running 10psi on a stock jdm gsr tuned on chrome.

Those leakdown numbers aren't bad for a motor with a few miles, perhaps the turbo is ingesting a little oil at higher pressure loads? PCV system plumbed into the intake or seperated? Have you looked at the plugs for signs of oil consumption?
