neukin ac manifold and aftermarket radiator
Ok so I bought a used neukin ac an ps compatible ramhorn manifold. On their website they claim you can run a full size radiator with their manifold just have to set up the driver side as a pusher. Now my motor isn't in the car yet but want to order a full size radiator cause the Arizona heat gets to 110+ in the summers and don't want no heating issues. Now my motor isn't in the car yet but was wondering if anyone is runing this manifold with a full size aluminum 2 core radiator does it fit or maybe a mishimito 3 core radiator? In the event that only the full size oem fits would it be better than a half size 3radiator core one? Thanks in advance

Re: neukin ac manifold and aftermarket radiator
lot of people got rid of the Neukin for exactly that reason. It never did what it promised for either A/C or setup with the full radiator.
My advice is to get rid of that POS while you can, and haven't put a dime more into it. Get something more robust and not that mickey mouse nonsense. Good luck.

the amount of coolant is irrelevant. If you're to a point where you're counting coolant bottles, it might be time to just wait until you have the correct equipment in order to continue. But to throw good money after bad will make your build even worse.

The "tubular log" manifolds do quite well in allowing a full radiator with A/C.
For example.
This uses a full sized radiator, air conditioning and power steering.
This is using the following manifold:

CaliDads build. That is a prime example of a correctly done build with all the bases covered, very thorough build. That log mani form Spooling or Go Auto is a great mani and will support lots or power and it will last.

Re: neukin ac manifold and aftermarket radiator
Just remember, with more "show", there's more you'll need to do to get it to fit correctly, plus address any ambient heat problems. (Grinding of the block to fit A/C, making sure A/C compressor and condensor can survive the use of a "ramhorn", dumptube placement, etc..
It works, but just be ready to do some engine bay reconfigurement.

Shodan, few questions, how much power can you make with those manifolds? I have a fullrace ac compatible and I'm using the precision 6262, but not a lot of room, and who make those manifolds or where can you get them?
Thanks

You may have to forget the full-sized radiator if you're going to the maximum with this large turbocharger.
otherwise, the manifold that you're asking about is from 2 companies.

Re: neukin ac manifold and aftermarket radiator
I just ordered the Spoolin Performance log. I am sooo trying to keep AC and a full radiator as well. It gets over 100 degrees here all the time. I dont know if it is possible in a CRX but I am going to try.

I'm so glad we are talkin about this right now, because that's my problem right now, I just moved to Houston,tx and my car overheats with ac after like 20 min, and is my dayly so I can't drive without ac...I'm using civic rad cause I don't know what else will fit, with spal fan and eBay 10 inch on condensor, and don't know what to do, I'm about to sell it because of this. Shodan, your the best on this, what can I do, I have my stock Integra full radiator

Re: neukin ac manifold and aftermarket radiator
I saw someone using fullsize radiator on Integra with the manifold I'm using, but I know they were using the gt3076 turbo but still
