On most "Ramhorns", no, unless it has the wastegate elbow bent to allow for A/C. Even then that is a stretch. It does depend upon the company you use
Top mounts are made for top end power only on a VERY large turbo, and though most will not fit, some do. The problem is that the downpipe is right next to it, so you may not be getting efficient cooling from your radiator.
Check out the Quick4 or Quick4AC series from Spoolin Performance.com, as they have been known to fit with a full radiator without difficulty.

im not really concerned about ps or ac just the radiator. plus 500+ for a mani already made is a lil steep for me. i would rather have one made by secret services in houston....which i might just do.
then again. i live in texas so its not like i have an issue with heat lol.

theres a guy on here that custum makes full size rads that tuck under support.. and would clear a ramhorm... look in the weldin sec for custom rad.
