Pump gas will be your limiting factor before the rods, there's plenty of people taking eagles to 800 but all on different fuels as far as I know

If he means standard duty, he should definitely upgrade. I bent a standard duty Arias pin just over 400whp.

Re: most power from eagle rods w/ stock wrist pins on 93?
what compression ratio?
Higher compression ratios have been proven to bend standard duty wrist pins... just ask Muckman, his 13.5:1 E85 build bent 2 or 3 taper wall Wiseco pins at only 500hp. He now runs the large .120 straight wall pins or something along those lines. It does add a bit of weight to the rotating assembly but it's better than bending pins left and right

9:1
had it up to 487hp/340tqish before the turbo self destructed. it will see a little over 500 to play it safe

Re: most power from eagle rods w/ stock wrist pins on 93?
Made 577hp with Eagle rods, Wiseco pistons, and standard pins. Pushed 30psi in a t3/t61 on this setup. Competed on this setup for 1.5yrs no probs until I accidentally shut off one of my fuel pumps at the top of 3rd gear at an event, I have poor placement of my fuel pumps switches which is why I accidentally shut off one of them. In the end, I ended up with a few bent valves and block needs to be bored out due to some scoring. Don't know how some of the cyl walls got scratched up, rods look prestine and pistons look good too aside for being black on top from rich cold starts. I might have sucked a pebble up while making that pass and accidentally shutting off a pump, fins have some chips. I guess it's the only thing that would explain bent valves, the scoring of the block, and bent fins on compressor. Fuel pump problem was probably just an added failure on my part.
