3 inch downpipe yes ( hit us up, even if you call blox theyll point you to us) your injectors get 650CC not too much bigger and theyll take you farther 550's pushing it at 300 whp

Anyway I have zero experience with turbo apps. so maybe you guys can straighten me out a bit.

I'm hoping for something around or over over 300whp, but plan on more once I can afford pistons/rods. This is what i'm thinking:

B18b-stock
Precision sc50 .63 or sc32...?
Precision 525cc or 650cc injectors...?
Tial 38mm wastegate
blox manifold
2.5" or 3" downpipe.....?
Probably ebay intercooler and piping
Arp Head Studs
Good tune with crome

Could anyone tell me if i'm thinking in the right direction?
3" dp and full exhaust
sc3431e .63
ebay intercooler will work but a precision is better if you have the funds
do not buy ebay charge pipes, get a company brand or they wont fit, SRE sells on ebay and they make really nice charge pipes for dc and eg and ek chassis
If your buying injectors new dont waste your time with anything other than bosch 1000cc's

ok i just read last page about the saturated and non. which do i need for my setup? (my setup, stock lsv with garret t3/t4 ar60 looking for around 300hp) dude is selling the 550cc for 100. i do have a resister box but if im going obd1, doesnt it need to be removed? if so that means i would need the saturated injectors correct?

and for non-saturated injectors, i need the resistor box but i can use the one in my car right now or do i need the dsm one?

If you already have a resistor box you might as well buy peak and hold injectors.

Leaves plenty of room for future advancement and can be tuned to run very very smooth

Personally, I'd just stick with 750's or 880's. No point in really buying 1000's unless you are looking to make over 500whp in near future.

Well I would like to build it up a bit more in the future and get a little over 400whp with it.

Heres my setup.

Inline pro log mani
Turbosmart 38mm wastegate (10lb spring)
Precision turbo ( .48 exhaust housing and .60 the other one)
3" downpipe
3" exhaust
Greddy Type S bov
750cc Rc injectors
Walbro 255

Im on a bone stock Ls in my DA integra and im shooting for 280-300whp. Will this turbo be enough for me to reach my goal? I dont really know alot about it, bought it off a guy with the manifold, wastegate, intercooler and BOV. He said it had about 5k on it and it no shaftplay so the turbo itself is in good shape but i was wondering if the small exhaust housing is holding me back.

The reason why i say the bosch 1000's is roo for advancement in the future and they run better than stock injectors but they also offer 750's i believe which are good for 400whp range

Thanks a bunch for the info. So I guess here is the new plan, let me know what you all think:
Stock b18b
sc3431e .63
Tial 38mm wastegate
Tial BOV
Bosch 1000cc injectors(Do I need the converter to run these?)
blox manifold
ARP's
SRE piping and intercooler
3" DP that will probably end there until I get a full 3" exhaust.
Good tune with crome

Can I hit 350whp set up like this?

you don't need a resistor box to run the 1000s. sure it can hit 350whp. will it hold it or not? who knows. stock engines are a crap shoot.

Well for starters piston to valve clearence when you do an lsvtec has nothing to do with piston to valve clearence if you install LS pistons into a b16 block with b16 rotating assembly. two totally different beasts.

That being said either way you go depending on the pistons you purchased you "shouldnt" have clearence issues, go to zealautoworks.com and punch in your piston specs and what block and crank you plan on using etc.... and you will get your calculated answer

IE i input all b16 stuff except in place of pistons in put in the b18a/b piston and you still should have .022 from the top of the deck to the top of the piston which gives you PLENTy of valve clearence, specially if you plan on running Bsuxteen cams
