with an LS tranny should be running 23" slicks on a 13" wheel unless your making 500 and up on the hp. 24.5" slicks are for bigger power or shorter gear transmissions.
If your going to run those tires you need to lbe 2stepping and building boost off the line at 7k most definatly. i had a set and tried to launch my car at 6k building 10 psi off the line and it bogged that was on around 350whp. what tire pressure re you running? what was your rpm through the traps? 1.78 60ft it cant be bogging all that bad.

Im at 273whp right now. Looking to up the boost, into the 350-375 whp range.

Start at 12 psi and work your way down at 1 psi incriments, when it gets better then go down half psi untill yuo find the sweet spot, i wouldnt go any lower than 8 psi if your not running any kind of axles in there. thats just my opinion.
Best transmission setup for just about any turbo b series is the gsr trans, but if your keeping stock rev limits and making big power which basically doesnt happen with an ls then an LS trans it is, but if you got springs retainers and a good cam then gsr ftw

I'm not a baller, but I bought a used quaife and threw it in my LS and at 250whp it's a hell of a lot of fun! Now that the clutch is broken in this car is getting more fun everytime I drive it. Can't wait to retune to 300whp!

GSR tranny ftw, ls tranny = poor gearing unless you like to make 190mph pulls in third gear LOL
or you can do what i did and put an LS final in a gsr trans with a cable LS 5th gear for good gas milage.

Re: LST / LS-T Turbo B18A B18B setups
I ran the exact tire on my turbo sohc a few weeks ago, with 350whp. i ended up running them at 7.5psi on stock axles, 6k clutch drops off launch control, 1.7 60's all day

Re: LST / LS-T Turbo B18A B18B setups
If you put a GSR final drive into an LS transmission you need to use a GSR differential but honestly the 4.4 final drive wont make much of a difference its only a few mph less per gear but you still have shitty gear ratios.
nothign special is needed to do what i did other than the two gears that make up 5th gear and syncros and an LS countershaft and ring gear and differential. the cable 5th gear is better cause its a .747 vs the hydro ls 5th gear is .714 so from 4th to 5th gear is a huge drop if you use hydro 5th gear but will be lower rpm on highway but i didnt want that much of an rpm drop in comparison to 4th gear
