Default how to properly break in new motor + clutch?

Hey, I've been wondering how to properly break-in a clutch when you have a freshly built motor. Obviously the first thing you want to do with a new motor is tune it, which requires going in and out of boost, but is this bad for a new clutch? After the car is fully tuned do you just take it easy on the clutch for the rest of the break in period?
thanks,
al

Breaking in the motor is more important and a bigger investment than the clutch so forget about the clutch, if the clutch is anything good to begin with it will take it for the rest of its life.
