The BOV's are mostly good on Ebay. I would recommend Log mani or a equal length, the SS auto crack ones are bad news. I made 260 WHP on a 100 dollar Ebay log-style manifold and an Ebay T70 turbo.

if you go with an ebay manifold you need to get the cast or it will crack. and why spend 50-60 on ebay bov when you can buy one for a dsm ,supra, ect. for like 20 dollars.

Often the kits are assembled but untested. The turbos are obviously cheap and prone to failure. There's a recent thread on ozhonda.com comparing a cheap eBay kit vs a Greddy kit. After fixing the fitment issues and replacing the broken or inappropriate parts it worked out to be cheaper to get the Greddy kit.

The only things I would trust off ebay to piece together a kit would be: log cast manifold, the fake rfl bov isn't bad either, and I'm 100% fine with the taiwan intercoolers, super cheap, known to run fine up to 30 psi... I'm down. Turbo's and shiny manifolds/wastegates are a no no... used oem turbos have worked out pretty well for me though, like t3's from fords and volvo's or the common dsm units.

I got everything for my turbo kit (except manifold) off ebay. No problems so far after running for about a year, but sometimes there is a little smoking at idle (about 1 out of 100 times) which I think is the turbo seals going slightly, but for $150 for the turbo, I'm not complaining.

just stay away from the stainless shiny manifolds.. most else works fine. ive used the turbos without problems. for a long time but i have gotten one bad one once right out the box. but they did replace it .
