Default going for final tune.... suggestions?

Currently have about 100 miles left on the break-in period on my b18c1 turbo and about to bring it for the final tune and turn up the turbo... still deciding how far i want to push it... i want to get as much power out of it but without great risk of blowing it up... heres the internals,
-stock sleeves
-Hasport Mounts
-CP Pistons 81.5
-Manley rods
-ACL bearings
-ARP main and head studs
-Supertech valves, springs, retainers, guides, seals
-Supertech block gaurd
-Clutchmasters 6 puck stage 4
-Aeromotive 340 fuel pump
-AEM fuel rail
-AEM fuel pressure regulator
-ID725 injectors
-Skunk 2 pro intake mani
-Skunk 2 70mm alpha throttle body
-Precision6262 Turbo
-Mishimoto G Line 24.5" x 11.75" x 3" intercooler
-HKS BOV
-OEM gaskets, oil pump, water pump
-Moroso 5.5 qt oil pan
-stock crank, cams
-accel coil
-premium pump gas (no e85 here)

How much should i shoot for and what psi? In your opinions...

Id shoot for 280-300 whp. Thats more than enough for the streets. Thats a big turbo though. And why the block guard?

It was recommended by my machine shop as an alternative to sleeving, i wanted to get as much horsepower as i could witbout sleeving... all internals are forged, c.r. is about 9.5:1.... sorry, forgot to add that in the original post...

That is a huge turbo so I don't see a problem getting 400-450 out of it. Friend got his car tuned at Locash racing here in Phoenix and made 470 on 91 and a .50? trim and a tiny intercooler it was sleeved though.

Also, we built the motor idled it made sure it didn't leak and got it broken-in and tuned on the dyno. Took it home changed the oil and beat the hell out of it. Good luck

That looks like a pretty solid setup. Stock sleeves is your limiting factor. Go for 500whp on pump gas if you have a good tuner then you can alway turn down the boost to 350-400whp range for the street.

What he said ^^. I would like to emphasize his call-out of a GOOD tuner. I would use race gas at those numbers though.

Yes agreed. I would not recommend daily driving it at 500whp on pump gas with stock sleeves. Race gas is best for this power level especially with stock sleeves. 350-400whp on pump should be no problem daily on your setup.

You injectors will actually be the limiting factor. You will run out of fuel around 450whp.

Could have done without these parts:
Moroso oil pan
+ Arp main studs included the required line hone(make sure you clearanced the oil pump)
+ accel coil
+ Blockguard
= Sleeves
