see, the problem is most people dont come to the internet to brag about breaking parts or blowing motors, but everyone comes to brag when they succeed or do good.
i myself melted the intake reliefs off of two vitaras, and put so much heat into them they got swollen up and murdered my cylinder walls. im not blaming the piston, all it takes is a little too much timing.
the car still ran great how ever, 150psi across, i only tore it down because of unrelated failure. lol

I just think if your in there, why cheap out. Buy a quallity forged piston.
I believe Bisimoto makes D2B conversion kits. He's a member on here.

i just shooting for 350 whp...mind this is a right hand drive car and will be my daily for the summer. then back to the gsr coupe. my gsr coupe made 261 on 7psi stock motor. i just want the sigle stick to be more power then my gsr. oh and i can always get a bigger turbo if the one on here wont be able to make the 350 whp

This conversion is without the adapter plate and wont cost you 1300..... Look in the drag racing section there is a thread in there and a link the the DIY on another site

my z6 with stock head, stock intake manifold/tb, just vitaras and scat rods with a holset made 340whp 275trq at 17 psi still ok beat the hell out of it and with an lsd and traction bars it spins through 3rd

ya so 18-20 psi on e85 should push 350! i will post dyno sheets as soon as i get to the dyno. after vacation in march
