Basically I have a Borg Warner GM-5 Turbo running in my h22 prelude. Im having slight exhaust leaks coming from the downpipe. Anybody have any idea where I can get this gasket from?

Have you tried BW? they normally have stuff for there housing to downpipe stuff

If you cant find it from either place the two fellas above me suggested, try my buddy Greg at www.go-autoworks.com he found me a gasket for my Holset H1C which has a weird flange on it also

Yeah I tried going to borg warner and nothing. I would have to try chevrolet to see if they have it. Also anybody know where I can get rebuild kits from?

make one out of a thin sheet of copper.

any metal supplier should have it.

get something like .010 to .020 so you can still work with it pretty easy.

where exactly should we look as far as metal suppliers? would hardware stores carry this (HD/Lowes)?

well around here we have Metal supermarkets. they have it on rolls, its 1 foot wide, and they just roll it out and cut it for how ever much you need.

they have it in a few thicknesses.

any metal supplier should have it




my cars doing good, might even get to race it tomorrow for the first time on 24.5" slicks. hoping for low 10.5's or 10.4's
