Yes, quite a few people are. I'm at 10psi, and there are a few people running a lot more than me.

yeah, i am boosting 10psi as well on my d17a1 non-vtec.
here is a video of my car at the track from last week. this was at 7psi and i had steelies up front, so the traction was not too good as you could see. with better tires and running 10psi, i should easily be able to get in the high 13s
