Re: b series turbos with ac setups
You guys should talk to John @ LHT performance. He posted on here a long time ago about how to properly setup a turbo'd car with a/c. Contact him for details he won't steer you wrong. I'm currently building another turbo setup with a/c and I'm steering clear of pipe manifolds. They radiate entirely too much heat. Inline pro manifold, inconel wrap, and thermal dispersant where you can apply it. If you take your time and research carefully your setup will work just fine.
I've had a lot of work done by John, he's an amazing guy
Do you know what his sn was here? Really interested in reading that thread/post

Works amazing in my personal experience, much better than just heat wrap

I used to have what I called "dedicated daily driver" when I was younger but its nice to have to have comfortable dailys now that I'm getting older. I have other cars but driving civics are still fun, so the attempt of comfort and speed are the new quest of this year.

Re: b series turbos with ac setups
I've been itching to boost my EM1 for the longest now but living in the south I've been trying to find a way to do so while retaining my a/c. Looks like I'm about to say screw it and rip it out. I still have my s2k for the summer months, at least I'm able to boost that one and keep a/c too.

google lowlude22 build thread. keeps ac with the quick 4ac and full size radiator which I'm sure anybody making good power and street driving would really appreciate.

Re: b series turbos with ac setups
Used a cast too mound on my DC with AC and PS no problem all stock lines and condenser. Currently have the cast top mount in my ek coupe and I haven't got it working yet it'll be fairly simple To use most of the stock components and two small
Lengths of an lines with AC fittings.
