You sure you got the number right? I called the other day..and someone picked up.
I used the toll free number 1.877.84.Motor. I'm not sure about the other number.
2 months waiting for something is a very long time.

I ordered a part from him a while ago, and it took so long that I ended up asking for a refund, which also took a long time to get here but it did get here. I think he's a good guy, but he's just been having some problems over the past few months.
I'm not saying that theres any justification for taking so long to getting your part to you, but I don't think that he's trying to scam you, or anything.

*shrug* hey do a search if you don't believe me, i myself gave up on waiting for a reply/answer/response from him and called up my credit card company to cancel the order. i don't have time for bullshiet. if you take my money and don't respond to my inquires (no i didn't send him 100000 emails or called 10000 times) then you just lost a customer and a honda-tech one that will warn others NOT to fall for the same shiet. i'm sure he's a cool guy but this isnt' how you're suppose to do business.
itr206: do a search and see how many other people had problems with this guy and if this is your boy, tell him to keep to racing if he can't handle his business.

Re: Anyone know the deal with Motormatrix? (itr206)
Steve the last time we spoke I believ it was the very end of last week I told you I did my best to get the sc63 with to4s front shipped to you direct from PTE but because you requested it be delievered at a lowe rprice it had to come to me 1st then go to you. It was expected to ship end of last week and i should have it in my hand tomorrow. I also offered air shipping to you to speed things up at my cost. I'm sorry for not being able to get to the phone. I do this full time but it is a 1 man operation right now and I am not always by the phone or even in the shop. Sorry again for the wait and if you would like to email at mike@motormatrix.com I can answer any further questions. Mike

Re: Anyone know the deal with Motormatrix?
I ordered from Arturbo and I got my Precision IC in less than a week
Good business practice is important... if you know there will be a delay in shipping of parts (for whatever reason -- too busy, out of stock, etc...), the transaction should never be processed. Warn the buyer about the delay, and if the buyer still insists and is willing to wait, than that's different If not, then it would appear to look like a scam = bad customer service
