Any high(er) milage 400whp hondas/acuras out there?? share your setup and how its holding up..
i'd like to build something to handle high hp.. 400whp or bit higher. its always great to hear from someone with experience
if you run at least or very close to 400whp, share your setup and how many miles so far..
for example
how many miles driven on that setup
what type of block and sleeves
what type of pistons/rods
what type of head and whats modified
clutch/pressure plate used..

not "high" mileage but, 11,000 miles and counting at over 300whp the most recent 7000miles on 400whp.
Stock B16 block/sleeves/bore (crank has never been out)
Wiseco 81mm pistons 9.0cr
Eagle rods/ACL rod bearings
stock b16 head
Tony1 Tune
daily driver, car is started and run like 8 times a day, and boosted for multiple gears at least 3 times a day.

Those are probably the two reasons you've had great luck. Tony knows his stuff, and a warm built engine is a happy engine. Too many people start it up and romp on it before it gets to opperating temp.

My built motor has about 25k on it. The lowest it ever made was about 400whp on pump and 550whp on race gas.

My 98 Integra has been turbocharged for 8 years now. It has 80,000 miles on the car total.
I built the motor 3 years ago with Benson's 84.5mm sleeves, Endyn pistons, Crower rods. 30,000 miles on built motor. Still looks brand new and runs like a champ.

I went 25,000 miles on a stock LS/VTEC with a Full-Race stage 2 GT kit making 300 WHP. Never had a problem. At least 50 miles a day and I was never really nice to it at all. Just kept up with the oil changes and such. BTW, Evans tuned.

ls motor with stock sleeves and cp 8:5:1 piston and eagle rods w/ 5k miles at 20psi of boost at around 355whp
same motor new setup with full-race stage 3 kit on 20psi 372whp for about 2k miles
same motor with full-race kit and a p&p head and crower turbo cams and crower valvetrain at 20psi 404whp and has been driving for about 500 miles now

Re: (vtec.dc2)
I'm am currently building another stock engine set-up as we speak. I will keep you posted on how it turns out. So far the set-up seems simple enough to be very reliable, but it is ever changing as I recieve the new parts.
