I'm going to move to the forced induction (FI) section as they may be able to provide finer direction.
You have a budget in mind and your base motor, now you can seek refinement of your direction in the FI section.

And now that you're in the FI section...go read the FAQ sticky. Your questions are all painfully simplistic, and answered there. It exists for a reason. In the future, read it BEFORE making a thread.

Without having a power goal we can't even begin to tell you what to do and what not to do...
Read the FAQs stickied at the top of this forum MULTIPLE times.

I suspect they will go read up on the FAQ now that you've made them aware it's there and in the proper section for related information. At least, that is what I am hoping. Then they can come back to their thread and post more direct questions that aren't necessarily directly answered in the faq.

Reading the replies in this thread, and then typing that ranting diatribe of yours took you 5-10 minutes. Rather than wasting that 5-10 minutes accomplishing absolutely nothing, you should have taken that time to read part of the FAQ sticky. We aren't here to spoon-feed you. Consider us the library of the Honda world - if you want to know something, this is a large, well-organized database of information, covering nearly every topic you could possibly want to understand. If you happen to come up with something that has legitimately never been asked before, and you have a full understanding of the concept you're thinking about, then you can address the professors of the library (us).
Sticking with the metaphor, as it sits, you just walked up to Steven Hawking and asked him what 2+2 is. When him and everyone around him told you you're stupid, you decided to spit in his face. The world doesn't work that way.
Now stop making excuses. If you're "too busy between work and sleep" to spend some time reading 101-style information, then forced induction is NOT for you. Also, if you're too busy between work and sleep, then you must be working 16 hours a day, 7 days a week, in which case, you should have enough money to just pay someone else to do the work for you. In short, your excuse is a lie, and you need to sack up and learn to read.

A Marine. In Southern California. Oh wow, your life must be SO hard. I was in the Army. I know how military pay works, and I know how military life works. With how much complaining you're doing, I guess the softening of the troops has hit the Corps, too. That's unfortunate, especially with how much chest pounding your boys used to do while we were all out-performing them.
I know how much you and your Corps like everything to be clearly marked. The sticky threads are labeled "Sticky Threads". They're also a different color from every other thread on this page. Open your eyes. Put in just a ****hair of effort. If you can't do that, then click the log out button, and continue thinking your Oorah bullshit makes you something special.

And yet here you are, wasting more time not reading anything. There is one thing you Marines are good at - blowing things up. Follow suit - go get an eBay kit and grenade your motor, if you aren't willing to spend the time learning how to do it the right way.

You've been wanting to do this build for years, but you havent had any time to read up on how to do it...
You need time management...
