Here are a couple of reviews for you.

and there are about a half-dozen Honda-tech guys that are in FASTuuN.

I'd hope they'd chime in but you know how it goes..

http://facebook.com/fastuunefisimplified

Thank you fastuun! I can't say how perfect this is for me.
I've been a member for about two months I think and am very impressed with what you guys have done.
There is so much info on this and the best part for me is that with my busy work schedule
this is easy for me to come home and listen to while relaxing. Thank you again. Ill be tuning soon

http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=2504363

What can I say? These guys are providing a great service at an even better price.
The lessons are fairly simple to grasp with a basic to advanced knowledge of cars, and goes into great detail.
I haven't finished the course yet, but I have learned a fair bit already.
I'm currently attending Wyotech and this course has added to my current classes and in some cases, did a better job of teaching the principles.

Good job guys, keep it up!

Hey Joe! You guys at Fastuun have been truly awesome for creating a solution like this!
Now I'm able to understand the tuner language when dealing with tuners at work.

Ive just finished watching the whole course, and you're absolutely right about it being full-packed in info.
I'll probably watch it again on some parts. I got myself a wideband and have applied some of the lessons into tuning my own car.
But im doing it only on weekends, or whenever i find free time. Good thing I can do this at my own pace.

If I learn the art well enough, im gonna bug you guys again about the certificate ok? Thanks man!

and of course Chris at Chris' Car Doc.

I became a fastuun member over the weekend and have completed most of the modules already, I sent them an email regarding some issues i noticed with some of the dyno sessions and will wait to hear back before giving a actual review.

The classroom courses are phenomenal, Shawn is a really good teacher and goes about explaining how things work in a really clear manner that is easy to understand. The best part of this course is that I am watching the modules on my laptop while sitting in my car screwing around with my S300 software.

The biggest problems i have with the course is the dyno sessions are kind of hap hazard and seem rushed, for example the second module shawn goes through part throttle tuning an s2000 but is using the dyno wideband and theres alof of bouncing back and forth between the dyno screen and the hondata software so its hard to keep up with what he is trying to show because the damn hondata log just shows 14.7 for the fuel the whole time, also the video is 7 minutes long.

the other big thing is that every video seems to be using a different car and software, like the first one shows how to create a basemap from scratch in AEM, then part throttle tuning an s2000 in hondata, then MAF tuning a subaru with romraider and he doesn't spend any time talking about the different scales and whatnot, you go from psi/inches of mercury to kpa and grams per rev, etc.

I would like to see a video that goes through creating a base map, demonstrating how crappy the car runs on it and how to go about correcting it and have it running properly, all done on the same car with the same software. I sent them an email explaining all that and more so we'll see what they say, i think they haven;t gotten very much feedback from anyone so its too early to be very critical.
Overall its worth the 500 bucks.

Sounds like it's more of a method than a cookbook, which is perfectly okay with me. I might be down for this next time one of the specials runs!
