Default Few Knicks on Cylinder Head, Ok or Resurface?

I knicked up the cylinder head a little bit while I was porting and polishing. Do you think these are OK or should I get it resurfaced? The head is flat.

Resurface it. That last one is bad.

Should probably get the seats cut as well. They are looking tired and I see some apprentice marks on them.

What do you mean by apprentice marks? I lapped them and they seal properly.

what he means by "apprentice marks" is mistakes made by a novice, as well as very visible wear and pitting. Lapping will not fix the damage I can clearly see in the pics too. Only cutting the seats with the proper tools will make them seal properly, as well as cool properly

I don't think any of those pits are in the valve seats themselves, I put all the valves in and they hold gas in all four cylinders.

any dents or dings near sealing surfaces that cross between water and compression = necessary resurface.
