^ It's not a plug it is a sheet of aluminum and you rivet it into your roof over the hole. Ask me how I know...

I ended up making a plug and brackets for my teg out of sheet aluminum.

Strada supposedly makes one. Getpowerhouse says they can get them on special order.

Fitment was good because I made it myself so I could trim and change as needed.

My car weighed 2648 with me in it on JT Auto's scales with a sunroof and full interior gsr leathers and all. I weigh roughly 190-195.

With sunroof plug in its place at Heartland Park Topeka their scales said it was 2575 with me in it.

I just ditched some more weight from the car but haven't weighed again since.

Is it me or is the passenger wheel sticking out further than the driver tire?

Tips for weight saving...take out anything that is not vital for the car to race. My ITR weighed in at 2020 without me in it

My day job is building and repairing carbon fiber aerobatic planes. This would be easy. I just don't own a sunroof car to get the ball rolling.

i put an RS roof skin in my gsr, removed all ABs parts and wiring/sensors, all SRS bags, wiring and sensors, rear drums, manual steering rack with subframe, removed all a/c parts and used a non a/c EG piece in place of the evaporator box so i can still have heat for winter, car weighed 2270 without me in it, still has full interior inclusing rear seats also, and a 6pt mild steel cage. i also removed both front and rear bumper supports and cruise control box
