Default Time slip?!!!!

I was so disappointed today.
Been hitting a sad time
1989 civic stock b18b1 obd1

I used to hit 15.4 consistent
With a 2.4 60 ft I know I can't drive but at 88 mph

Haven't raced in couple of month and recently did timing belt. Looks like everything is in tdc and its timed correctly. Ignition timing is good 16 degrees.

Then finally I've been hitting 16s couldn't get to the 15s.
Best time was
16.0 et
.98 rt
2.69 60ft super sad been spinning off the line
And fastest I went was 85 mph

Kept blaming if it was my timing and obviously my driving.
Does this time slip make sense?
Timing doesn't sound like its off or anything but I was blaming maybe its a 1 or 2 tooth off

Any help appreciated

2.4 60' then 2.69 60' now. That's 90% of your problem. Practice launching or get better tires
