I would think a lot of them are using 9" wheels to flatten the tire out and get the most contact patch possible.

This is what more makes sense, but a lot is on 8" due body clearance issues, as it's not allowed have tires exceeding the fender limit or make a fiber fender/front like you guys do.

As far as I know, all on Fueltech.
We might have a few ones using another ECU, but all that are on 8s are on FT and I believe that 99% of the cars on this class runs a FT ECU and a complete set of accessories (boost controller, gear controller (strain gage), datalogger, etc)
