Default Event

What does it take to host an event.....as far as $ figures .....I have a good idea for some classes that have very very basic rules. That I think everybody would like hopefully.

a number of backers, a venue that will let you host the event, preparation for the bad, insurance, paying out your (security, dj, food, extra hands, and cleanup), promotion, and that will get you on the right track.

good luck

people need to start setting up match races. It would be sweet to setup match races where each racer brings like 50-100$ to a GOOD test n tune day, not friday night madness...and have a trusted person manage the money and ladder.

Iam a firm believer that the 2 turbo classes should be divided by tire size only...

Just a tire size...turbo size and min weight......(no bars) anything else goes

Also...do u guys think its the tire size or the turbo size that's keeping the TS guys from going faster....I don't have a TS car but would like to hear some opinions

im not talking about an organized sanctioned event. Im just saying that guys in a given region or area during a time of no races can get together and put on their own match race at a local test n tune...like i go on sundays around 1 or 2pm til 6 or 7. that planty of time for a group of guys to all pit together...all head to the lanes together...make their passes while someone documents them at the line... We've had a dry spell this season since may and until nov where there are no races closer than 7-9 hrs and it SUCKS.

Why not just support NSCRA and help that to grow into something bigger?

NSCRA is great, but for a lot of people, driving 11+ hrs to get to either location that runs it is just not feasible. Don't get me wrong i plan to attend some when the opportunity arises.
