MFactory is currently not offering gear sets for Hondas. Albins has a gear set they offer that's Helical type and will handle 900whp.

Re: m factory gear set
Im asking because all those factors play a roll in how long your gearset will last in a way. I havent broken a gear yet and im still on a gsr tranny with a cuff.. Ive been to 2 1/2 events making 5 passes each event, and about 5 TNT days making 3-5 passes per TNT. Plus 200+ dyno passes on a 24.5 tire... Im using Redline lightweght shockproof tranny fluid.. And the car made 900hp so look into that hope it helps..
Now when i turn the boost up past 32lbs i dont know what will happen to the gears haha cuz i havent done it yet.. Thinking of running 40-45psi for the next event

As far as how they will hold up depends on the oil used and if you have a stock case and 5th gear cuff. They will hold up awesome with a billet housing or braced stock case and a 5th gear cuff. Thats what I have (billet case and cuff) and no problems. I also use the torco racing transmission fluid, like recommended.

Yea, but im sure you had that tranny from when the car was built... or prob before that... Im not gonna say what they are and arnt selling. But you CANT get a Dog set right now. But if any1 is going to the Bakersfield event Sep 21-22nd and you happen to run into the Mfactory reps there ask them whats up.

Re: m factory gear set
ok, no you are misinformed. we are the Mfactory reps and I am the only one currently still testing the dog gears and we have went thru a couple of revisions to make a solid part that can be introduced to the public, You guys know very well the box is working as we raced side by side in vegas. we are excited to bring to the market a reasonable priced parts that are showing great promise. as we know nothing is 100%, un breakable but we want to make sure before releasing we feel we are putting out a comparable product. for any other questions myself, chris from whopdee doo racing or the folks at synchrotech can assist you.
