boosted civi

So my civic has a viper 350hv alarm it was installed at best buy about 4 years ago it has worked perfectly since until a couple weeks ago, car has been sitting in the garage untouched for 3 months or so and i walked out to it one day and it was very very quietly chirping almost couldnt hear it like the alarm had been going off and the battery died. I pushed the button on the alarm to disarm it and nothing happened none of the buttons did anything so I disconnected the battery.

A couple weeks later I charged the battery and hooked it back up now the led flashes constantly the remote does nothing I was thinking it might be in valet mode so I tried resetting it several times using the valet button and the remote and what not I have disconnected the battery several times, Ive checked all the fuses,grounds, wires, everything. Also when I turn the ignition on the led stops flashing and the doors lock and when I turn it off the led starts flashing again and the doors unlock which they never did before.

I was able to start and drive the car just fine one day then the next day it wouldn't turn over like the starter was disabled then a couple days later I was able to start it once then about 10 mins later I was not able to start it. Im at a loss the alarm does absolutely nothing no matter how many times I press the valet button or the remote it does not chirp it does nothing and the siren is good and battery is charged. Any ideas? did the brain take a crap? Ive been researching this and haven't found much just one other similar case and didn't really get a solid answer other than the brain might be dead but I don't understand how since the car has just been sitting in the garage??????
