Default Clifford Alarm remote died, not communicating with brain

So during last night the battery in my alarm remote died, i put a new one in this morning and now the remote wont communicate with the brain.Last time this happened,i had to take it back to the installer who said the back-up battery was defective and thats why the alarm was sending signal...Any ideas? its a clifford 2-way with "1 mile range"

I know those rims, lol. Glad you got it fixed. Remember to keep the car battery charged at all times. And don't drain the back up battery till it is flat dead. Because 9 out of 10 they don't charge back up. If you have any more problem just give me a call or text.
