Show me your custom fiberglass/wood boxes and amp racks in your eg hatch
Hey, Just picked up a 92 eg hatch and am getting ready to start my audio setup in it
I will be doing
1) Polk Audio PA660 4 channel to Bi-Amp the front components
1) Polk Audio PA330 2 channel to midbass woofers
2) Polk Audio PA880 mono blocks 1 for each Sundown Audio SA-8's 8" sub's
The subs are getting glassed into the spare tire wheel well, amps are going in a amp rack and the spare is getting a metal brack welded up to hold it on passegner side area of hatch
I would like like to see HOW everyone did there audio setups in the hatch area of there EG
Although I guess picks in EK's would be just as well since they are similar enough in the hatch area to get an idea

Re: Show me your custom fiberglass/wood boxes and amp racks in your eg hatch
Thank you...
I already have the design drawn out as to how everything is going to go, Just need to have my new spare tire holder welded up since I carry a fullsize spare I am having a brack made that will sit it in the passenger corner of the hatch area and will use 5 stud in the lug patter as the car with 5 lugnuts holding it on...BUT my welding skills look about as good as a bag of dicks LOL

Hmmm I am gonna start posting pictures of my current build very shortly and the creative way in which I am cramming 4 amplifiers, an 8 inch Sundown Audio SA8 AND a full size spare in a custom braket all in the back of my hatch LOL
