nrg steering wheel horn problem
i got a nrg steering wheel in my 99 ls and i ran a wire to touch the back of the steering the wheel the copper plate thing and then i taped the other end of the wire into the horn wire on the harness . i then plug my battery in and right away my horn starts to go off, i am not even touching the button for the horn its just going off by it self when the wires are connecting, what can i do to fix this i only wont the horn to sound when i press the center of the wheel

There is a trick to doing this. Some how you are completing the horn circuit. I willing to bet that your pinching the wires inside the hub to the adapter. I will take pictures on how I do them.
