Any alarm car experts help me out with this?

So I have a Dei Automate AM-9 alarm, the alarm would lock / unlock the doors while I was driving, not all the time but still enough to annoy the crap out of me. So I got down, went through the manual and pull out if I remember correctly the green while from the harness.

This fixed the door locking and unlocking while driving problem but I now have to unlock and lock the car with my key or use the oem factory remote to lock and unlock the doors. What is wrong with the alarm? Is the door lock wiring damage? Is the alarm brain bad?
