In dash TV in 2000 Integra?
well i have a 2000 ITR and i have an indash TV i got off my friend who parted his car and it works really good and i like it. but the problem is when i open the 7 inch screen it comes out and hits the dash board ive adjusted it so that it stops but the angle is quit anoying and i can barely see the screen. is there any modification i can make so the unit sticks out a little more from in the dash and can be more pleasurable to view? or am i better off getting another unit?

Your best bet is a double din unit, although if you have not tried already, mount the flip out at the bottom of the opening and see if that will get you the angle you need. 94

I'm guessing you have the unit mounted by way of screws into the side of it. Try getting a dash kit and using the sleeve/collar setup but mount the collar further out from the center console so the radio will stick out another 1/2" or so. It may not look as nice but it should get you where you wanna be.

Regardless, the screen will probably contact the shifter. A double-din is your best bet.

just buy a mounting kit and mount the radio cage onto the kit , then make sure it sticks out a little bit more so you can have enough space so it doesnt rub.
