alarm l.e.d.
ok i have a question, i have the skytek astra 777 2 way installed on my cb7, i have the led in the antenna portion. my question, is there any way to hook up one of these led strips to the light, so the leds chase instead of the one led that flashes, heres a link to the strip

Re: alarm l.e.d.
Depends on what the current draw for the LED strip is.
It will work if you use a relay and the GWA, [ground when armed] lead from the alarm, [and if LED strip is "sequential"]. 94

Re: alarm l.e.d.
how would i hook up the relay? and by sequential do u mean chasing? because this strip lights up one/2 at a time and chases across the strip

#30 and #85 of relay to 12V+ constant, [batt.], 3A-5A fuse, depending on draw.
#87 of relay to LED pos.(+) and ground LED to chassis, [any good ground point].
#86 of relay from GWA of alarm.
Your done. 94
