Project Nighthawk: 95 Integra 2dr Special Edition
Bought it back in july after selling my 98 dodge neon highline, it was kinda beat up, had been hit multiple times, although no serious damage. (female driver previously). Kid i bought it from got it at an auction in apparently ATL. Bodywork was TERRIBLE, interior stunk like hell, front seats...not salvageable. Overall it had some good aspects and some poor aspects for 2 grand, biggest being the fact that mechanically it was in good shape with the exception of the rear calipers being frozen.
Work begins...first week of August 2009
Limco PS21nr Sealer finally gets on the car...

after we finished the cut in work i wound up having to bring the car home to complete some more stuff while it was at my garage at home, this included restoring some old interior parts...
interior parts...carpet after steam cleaning, new door panels with tweeters etc, along with valve adjustment..
And as of 12 noon today, this project finally comes to fruition after 5 months of hard work, ill be posting pics later tonight of it rolling out from paint. Nighthawk black pearl.

Nice, will be looking forward to the pics. I wouldn't mind painting my ITR nighthawk black. Such an awesome color on integras!

BEAUTIFUL! no color better than nighthawk for an integra IMO. i wouldn't leave her auto, but thats just me. i find a 5 speed to be more fun. not saying its a bad choice, just wouldn't be the one i would make. nice job on cleaning up that interior though
on a side note i just have to point out how much the integra reminds me of a mini elcamino in the 3rd pic in post 2. LOL! just looks kinda funny to me without the hatch on it. maybe its something to do with the angle because i have never realized it before.

while i was under there yesterday doing the rear brake likes i noticed that either most of the undercoat was coming off, or had been primered over during the paint job, and or just generally dirty, so i broke out the sand paper, the simple green, and the undercoat and decided to go to work.
