Re: 95 integra gsr sedan - db8 build.
Long weekend. Finished assembling the motor. Bolted up trans stuff. Then installed it into the car. Found a crack in the timing belt... Replaced timing belt. Need to wrap and install header, radiator, then fluids. Hopefully will continue today.

Re: 95 integra gsr sedan - db8 build.
Running into a couple of issues, coolant leak, vtec solenoid leak (though it was the head gasket), smokes when I accelerate after decel. Think I pushed the valve stem seals too far down when installing them. Starter died lol. But got street tuned this weekend so I can drive it around to break the motor in. It felt strong to 7800. Still will get dyno tuned once I resolve the issues.

Re: 95 integra gsr sedan - db8 build.
No there was no baseline, i got street tuned on oem 240cc injectors so i could break-in the motor. At the dyno right before the dyno tune i switched to 550cc injectors. The tuner started tuning immediately because the car was running rough.

Yesterdays autocross. Car felt good. The mfactory diff made a huge difference. Can get on the gas much earlier.

Car is starting to feel good. Still need to tune out a little oversteer but I got first in XSA during this event. Ordered some 225 falken rt660's for the rear. At the moment I'm running 225/45/15 falken rt660's in the front and 205/50/15 bridgestone re71r's in the rear. Not sure what that noise was at 23 seconds, it wasn't a cone.

Re: 95 integra gsr sedan - db8 build.
Back at it again lol. I want to do a track day and the car smokes too much for my liking. Its fine for autocross but I didn't want to take it on track the way it was. I had smoking on startup, pressing the gas after idling for a while and on decel. I had a hard time installing valve seals twice now on new GSC valve guides. Spoke to the machine shop they told me to bring the head back and they will check it out. There was oil on top of every intake valve and 1 exhaust valve seal is leaking alot. Should have the head back by the end of the week. On the plus side, I'm getting faster at this lol. Only took me 2.5 hrs to get the head off and mostly disassembled. I dont have closer pics at the moment but the cylinder walls looked great. To note I only 1400 miles on this motor so far.
