Re: ☆1crazyk k20 teg build☆
heres a few pics i guess.. and i see some commented that the bay will be a different color than the car, that is incorrect, the intent was to always go with same color inside and out.
battery box set in place.
just needs bolted up and sealed.
i have a few parts i picked up just havent taken pics. theres A LOT of progress on the car just havent uploaded the pics of the progress.

Re: ☆1crazyk k20 teg build☆
heres part of an update, didnt take pics of the stuff i got done inside the car.
but i worked on mocking up my fuel stuff from hybrid.
had to make an additional bracket for the FPR. orginally i was going to put inserts on the frame rail down by the Rack, but quickly realized that my hybrid fuel lines are super short. so kinda bummed about that.
so im going to try and just mount it on the motor. but still end up tad short on the feed and return lines.
heres the bracket i fabbed up. put some threaded inserts on it and it was ready to roll.
bolted the rail, lines and fpr up..
dug my booster and MC out so i can start to clean them up this week so i can start mocking up my brake lines.
thing is a mess.
and one thing i absoultely hate with a passion on the jdm front integra's is the ugly *** license plate holder on the front. i think it takes away from the smooth body lines of an integra..
so i cut that bitch off...
i had a spare eg bumper i cut a peice off to fill the hole, to start smoothing and shaving the front bumper.
ran out of 3M bumper repair crap so i didnt get a coat on the bottom side. still got a long ways to go. but just a start.
dont mind the white paint..
after 10 minutes of quick sanding started to form it. need to get more materials and ill have this finished up.
so i didnt like the "AGED" look of the plastic on the rear of the headlights. also didnt like the spots of surface rust and peeling caution decal on the HID's so i decided to take the covers off and sand them down and sand the backs of the headlights down and paint them trim black.
much better.
also got the doors partially stripped down. seals off, door panels off, mirrors off, and trim peices off. just need to remove the handles.
heres why you try to strip the car down as much as you can when doing a color change or painting a car in general... to avoid chipping.. and non painted areas..
from previous owner...
didnt take the window trim off....
so we will be getting that addressed... bolted the doors up so i can start to redo body work on the passenger side door, and start to shave the drivers molding holes and prep for paint.
and a departing pic. need to finish working on my fenders, top of the hood, and bumper so i can paint all those and my hood hinges as well. not much of an update but its moving along you could say.

Re: ☆1crazyk k20 teg build☆
small update.
oh snap!
knocked the quarter window out of it lastnight..... with a sledge hammer. pissed me off..... :wwhat:
ahahah
actually i did use a sledge hammer on it. getting behind the window and between the cage trying to cut that window out..... screw that... my quarter cut has a mint window and seal so ill just put that in. toke seriously 5 minutes to cut the seal off and be done. i was happy.
redneck innovation.
wholla!
and heres the quarter cut my buddy hooked me up with for 80 bucks. couldnt beat that. just has some slight rust ill have to fix, but nothing like the quarter thats on there now. seriously looks and feels like someone took a ballpen hammer and went down the backside of it. so glad to get this thing off!
