Default Torque specs for B20V

Hi, I'm building a B20 / VTEC, with ARP's bolts in head, rod bearing cap (oem), but I do not know the torque specification, who can help me?

Go on ARPs website. They have the spec sheets for all of their fasteners on there. You just need to know the part # that was on.the box they came in.

ARP headbolts or ARP rod bolts?

i like to do my arp headstuds in 3 steps, 20-40-75 with the moly in the order in the helms manual. i can remember hearing that its very important to make the last step have the biggest jump in tq or u run the risk of just spinning the stud than tightening the nut.
