Post ls/vtec all motor.. opinions welcome.

hello guys im building a ls/vtec with the following.
b16 head milles .30(type r internals on the head)
b18b1 bottom 81.5
pr3 rs machine pistons 81.5
itr im
what size TB????
arp head studs bolts
golden eagle ls/vtec convertion kit
3 layer gasket since the head is milled
undecided if itr or ctr cams( want to make the most power so i guess ctr)
itr oil and water pump.
what header should i use??? im pulling towards the rmf side but can give me you opinion.
i feel like im missing somenthing so sorry if i missed spelled somenthing or forgot somenthing .

00-01 ITR cams are the same as CTR cams

TB, I would go no bigger then a 65mm. Stick to the ITR one if you can find one.
The RMF replica header from Vteckidd works fairly good for the price.

01 ITR cams have the same specs as a CTR cam. Either or will work just fine. An RMF header will be a nice investment also.

rmf headers are nice ,but hytech try-y is the best bag for your buck even a replica

i am motor swaping h22a obd1 with p13 ecu in a 1991 honda accord ex wagon eny one know whats the wires i have to do after it is in i know the wire harnes i use the same one in my accord but what to do with the vtek i understand i have to do sum litle wireing to get the job finished pleas if ssum one knows what to do i would be so happy
