I saw a guy ruin a $3k cab top for a Boxster with that stuff. Definitely some serious stuff.
I assume the ignition was disabled on that fire car?
We don't sell the BG services anymore but there are a few cans around the shop for specific cases where we need to decarb something. We used to use GM top end cleaner before they changed the formulation (mid 2000s?).
I love the BG brake fluid as well. Higher wet/dry boiling temps than Porsche dot 4 brake fluid and to me, I think the pedal feels firmer over any brake fluid I ever used.

I have used a similar product its called engine restore, i had a cracked piston and broken ring lands, and checked compression and found one cylinder really low. I used the 4 cylinder can and it actiually restored some compression and power! I was impressed from the diffrence it made. I wasnt even able to go up a hill and after the can treatment the power was almost back to normal.
