Here it is, B18a/b, B20b/z Aftermarket cam list and specs!

Sorry it took me so long to get up all of this information, but I was waiting for replies for the manufacturers! Hopefully AllMotorMark will update his website with this information!

One correction:

The less agressive grind by Colt is called their "street grind".
