Default Have a JDM F22B1 want to build it up to at least over 200hp

ok i have 94 accord already has the basic bolt ons, intake, header, exhaust, the exhaust starts at 2.5 to 3, new plugs and wires, off board coil, under drive pulleys and 13lb flywheel and a lvl 1 clutch

resently i dynoed the car and with all that i was pushing 143 hp and 141 tq but last week apparently the guy at dyno comp missed calculated my hp and tq so now im pushing 153 hp and 151 tq but once the new suspension has been done and i take it in to our honda guy to get some work on

also im ordering the aem ecu with wide oxygen senor

do you guys have any ideas on what else i can do to get up over 200 hp to the wheels

Ditch the F22B1 head. It's no good. Believe it or not the F22A SOHC nonVTEC head is better. You'll be hard pressed getting 200whp out of the F22B1 head. No one makes cams for it, it's ports are tiny the valves are small etc.

Either swap an F22A, JDM DOHC F22B, H23A, or H22 head on that thing and it will be a lot easier to get 200whp all motor.

I essentially have an H23 head on my F23 block with 11.7:1 compression and some lumpy cams. I got 200whp, barely. The big thing about my engine is that it makes a lot of torque. GEnerally people boost the F-series SOHC becasue they are cheap and easy to find replacements.

i see what you mean but at the crank its making 188 hp and idk about the tq, also the f22b1 my dad did the compression test a while back and it has 190 accross the board but i understand what you mean

i would like to go F/I but i live in arizona so forced induction
but i was going to with h23 and build it up first and then drop it in and mess around with f22 in a 94 civic hatch

If you want to boost your SOHC then you are in the wrong forum.

All Motor is about naturally asiprated engines. That means you have only stomsphereic pressure to feed each cylinder. No big *** garrett ball bearing turbos with 200 shot nitrous feeds. That would be the forced induction forum.

I would suggest looking in there for more F/I information.
