Default gsr swap odb0-obd1

i swapped a obd1 gsr motor into my d.a which is obd0, would like to know if i can just by the jumper instead of the ecu, so that vtec can work...or what would be best to do. currently using my obd0 ecu.

I've never run obd0 ecu with b series vtec motor. Always got the obd0-obd1 jumper and used a p28 chipped from phearable or sellers on ebay when doing a swap in ef civic. I think there are obd0 vtec ecu's but i think they are only for B16, anybody correct me if i'm wrong.
