I've personally seen two motors drop valves w/ ctr/itr cams and oem valvesprings.

It's an OEM honda part. So, you go to HONDA. Or, you can pull them from a used ITR/CTR head. I'm sure there's plenty of sets for sale on here in the classifieds.

You should be fine with the stock valve springs, I've seen many people use ITR/CTR cams on the stock springs as long as you dont get to crazy with the rev limit they wont make much power past your current redline anyway. Dont jump on the H-T bandwagon that wants to put triple valve springs on stock cams. If you're really worried about valve float, during misshifts, get ITR valve springs. Anything bigger and you'll start putting unnecessary wear on the cam.

If you want to raise the rev limiter to 8600 rpm wich is ideal for those cams you should get at least some portflow inner valve spring set, they are only $90 or so... But if you want to retain stock rev limiter it should be fine to run stock valvetrain...

Are the inner springs mated to the type r springs or the B16a springs? Even if I went with the inner valvesprings, I would have to get new retainers for my B16a so that I can have dual valve springs. I have the PR3 (first gen b16).
I really appreciate everyone's posts, because it is really helping me out alot.

Which means they're about 15yrs old. How many miles are on them?
Do you really want to put added stress on old worn out valvetrain?

You can use dual springs with your stock retainers.

The engine was just swapped in about a week ago, and the motor has roughly 35,000 miles.
I didn't think that the PR3 retainers would have a base (platform) for an inner spring.
I guess I learned something new. Awesome!
