car not starting
95 civic lsvtec swap
i have a brand new starter it works, just recharged the battery from wal mart and now im not getting enough power to the starter so it just clicks when i start it, does not turn over. I got 12.03 v staight at the battery with a volt meter but when I start it I check it at the starter it gets like around 10v, is that enough to turn a starter?
I also hook up cables from another car to my battery and for like 5 mins or so I could start my car.
kinda think its my battery going bad but walmart says its still good and they just recharge it for me.
all wire terminals from battery to starter are cleaned and in good shape.

While car is running, test battery voltsge across the terminals. Report back with results. Btw, walmart "technicians" dont know their *** from the moon.
