Default benefits of a vented catchcan on a stock engine - please reccomend setup

I understand the function of a catchcan and the pcv system. I understand that boosted cars NEED a catchcan to vent the crankase of excess blowby.

I recently cleaned my intake manifold of all the oily residue deposited by the factory PCV system. I am interested in installing a vented catchcan to "filter" some of this residue from entering the engine and to vent the excess positive crankcase pressure better than the stock PCV.

I was wondering if the benefits of a vented catchcan setup would be worth it on a stock B16?

There are so many different setups for catchcans, What type of catchcan setup would you reccomend for my application?
