Finally got my block back, still no crankshaft, he's still working on making it perfectly balanced, that and I lost the crank pulley key which took 2 days to get, and I found out that aftermarket flywheels and clutches use 9 pressure plate bolts instead of 6 like the oem ones do, those took another 2 days to get because no one had them in stock.

On to pictures:

Those lines can't be felt or anything

Started to put some things on

nice build. Any reason for going with that particular header. or are you short on funds like me?
Almost done with my lsv build as well, waiting on GE oil line, adapter and header.

For the most part, yea I'm broke But LHT does really good work and have been featured in hondatuning for making their intercooler for the JSRC, they're also about 20 minutes away, and their dimensions are almost the same as the more expensive headers

sorry for the stupi questions but did they balance the crank with the crank pulley and clutch on it? was the piston and rod balance too? kinda new to the engine building scene.

Yes, everything was balanced seperately then balanced again all put together. Some shops just balance the crank by itself and dont realize how much a flywheel and pressure plate can throw everything off.

And yes the piston and rods were also balanced

In for the numbers and how much it all cost in the end. I'm currently in the dilemma of what I want to build. I can't make a definite decision. Anyways, nice build.

Right now tuning is still up in the air it really depends on who I have it tuned by since I have several options. But most likely it will be tuned by John Vega on a new program called ectune, he had a thread in here somewhere that explained all the features of it and what not. But right now my basemap is on crome.
