I'm not very good with understanding cars but this question has yet to be answered correctly.

I have a 2003 Acura 3.2TL with over 100K Miles.

While driving down the road the car will jerk to the right. The TCS, and check engine light will come on. The RPM's will switch from a normal 2 or 3 to 5 or higher depending on the speed and will not drop. It doesn't register the gear you are in on automatic or standard mode.

I changed the oil (Which yes I know has nothing to do with the problem)
I took it to a shop and they said the code it kept giving off was a transmisssion code saying there was a short in a wire...

My Neutral Safety Switch was caked in mud and whenever they dropped water on it the car reacted. So They said I needed to change my neutral safety switch and my car should be fine. I reccently changed the neutral safety switch and I am still having the same problem. On top of that my radio is no longer working giving me an errr1 message. I'm assuming that's just a fuse. I'll check that later.

Now when I start the car the check engine light remains on. The radio doesn't work. When I put my foot on the gas the car takes off and than it kicks than runs normal. But I'm still having the problem when the wheel jerks to the right the TCS light pops on (blinks repeatedly) and the rpms shoot up and wont drop.

Can someone please give me an insight to what the problem may be?

(I do drive on a construction site daily, my average daily drive time is less than an hour to and from work)
