Element. To rock or not?
I was thinking... maybe for my next car, I should have a Honda Element and rock it with some nice rims, 12's, and some T.V.s... or something.
Whats your opinions on Elements?

it's a honda = reliable. It was built to be functional and convenient. If you fill it up with all that a/v equipment, it's just another car.

Re: Element. To rock or not? (Storm Shadow)
Definitely....the Element was a shock to many cause they didn't think it would sell that well...but word on the street is they're selling like hotcakes! I'd get an Element and throw some 22" rims...with a bangin' sound system! I'd go for it...besides...you can't beat the price!

Re: (Chicken SOup)
I dont know about 22's and all. I hope everyone who says that is kidding, I'd leave that to luxury SUV's but I think the element can be kind of cool if suited with the right stuff. It kinda reminds me of an unpainted Scion vehicle (the van/suv lookin model)

Re: (slowman)
ahah ajapanese aztek.. that's funny as hell.. but the difference here, honda is selling more elements then azteks (j/k i dunno if that's a fact.. .. but i see more elements then azteks)
rumor has it that the element isn't really selling to the age group that honda intended it to sell at (22-25) but they're selling to the 30's-35 age group.

Agreed. Function over form. Notice that in no Element publicity do they seel the Element as an aesthetical car. Only for it's functions.
Personally, I'd have one for me, but I'm tied up with my TSX. Only so much I can afford for now.

Re: (Aiyoko Turbo)
I love the concept, love the car. At first I wasn't that big of a fan, just because it didn't get quite the gas mileage I thought it would, but after being around the dealership enough, they started to grow on me... Now i'm looking to sell my heavily modded civic for a mod-free Element.

I think element looks cute but a little off topic, this kid at my school had a gt mustang with intake straight pipes gears cams and alot of other stuff... then he sold it straight up and bought an element. most random thing i have ever seen in my life.

Re: Element. To rock or not? (Aiyoko Turbo)
Go for it. The Element is relatively inexpensive, spacious, and very practical. I thought about one as a support vehicle for going go kart racing but it is slightly too narrow to fit a kart in back. I'll probably just get a small trailer for the kart instead.
