the dealership out here in vegas is also selling a rsx without cats either ... but its the car itself is kinda messed for the price they are trying to sell if for anyway so i dont think it will see the road anytime soon ...

Does it burn oil? Do a compression check, if its fine then I wouldnt sweat it so much. Cars can be boosted and taken care of. Especially if it had a K-Pro and was properly tuned.
It would definitely warrant a phone call to the dealer however for an explanation, if I were you.

I agree with risktypeS, I would strongly have you reconsider the situation. There are alot of things you have to look at such as passing emissions. And what else is not *stock* and how that would affect your warranty. If they dont have these things documented they can always just say you modified the car therefore you voided the warranty. In any case if i spent 20'000.00 on a car I would rather have it bone stock and know that ***** not going eff up on me later.
