well without ecu i would say in the 800 range...give or take 100...and with ecu i would say around 1k give or take 100...for low miles

hmm just checked that link and showed 650 for one...wonder what kind of shap that is in...not bad when you could send you ecu off to hondata and get a reflash and possibly have some good results for about 1250

hmmm well after thinking about this in depth..**and i can very easily be wrong**..but, if someone were to do the head swap with the prb ecu...we would at best only have 10:1 compression with a thinner head gasket...but the ecu would think it was the A2 motor with the 11:1 compression, thus making it run richer than needed...not sure by how much, but i would think a noticable difference. so that would mean staying with the pnl ecu which would still leave the vtec at 2200 and 6800 redline....but the swap is to get rid of those two...i suppose that is why Jack (b18cxr) is still on the pnl ecu....awaiting a stand alone...if i am wrong feel free to correct me....i would actually like to be wrong in this, so that way i could do it this way and come out with good results....

I thought as compression raises, the fuel to air ratio thins out? Well, skunk 2 did it, and a friend of mine, which i havnt seen in about 1/2 a year has done it to his Si. Every one in my town is just saying.."his car is REALLY fast" . All you need is just a v-tec controller. anyways, its not that big a deal.

I thought the ecu that came on the EP3 and the RSX S rewrites fuel maps according to variables thrown at it?
