Default dried Chain sound when starts

Hi All, when the cars is idle for like 4 hrs or more, and then I start it, the chain makes a noise like if it is dried, it longs only 1.5 sec, while it gets lubricated. Someone told me the distributor chain tensioner was the problem, so I got a new OEM one, but still the same, I also changed guides.
Mine is a type-S '03. Stock Internals.

I also was told it was the oil pump, not lubricating very good on cold, or even that the problem was the oil chain tensioner and on and on....

has someone had this kind of problem/noise?

thx!
