cel code?

cel code?
i got a p1297 code and all i could find is something for telectric load detector so i looked it up and under my hood fusebox and all i have are two fuses, 100 and a 40 that could be it....just wanna see what you guys think, oh i also have a p0505 so im assuming i need to clean my iac, but idk if those two codes are related.

You never mentioned specifically what vehicle we're talking about here. P0505 points to the IACV, try cleaning it but I haven't had much luck with cleaning them.
Regarding the P1297 - ELD low voltage.
Do this:
1. Reset the code
2. Start the engine and turn on the headlights
3. Check to see if the P1297 code returns
4. If it does not return, just check for loose connections on the ELD. It should be in the under hood fuse box.
5. If the code does return, shut the car and headlights off.
6. Disconnect the 3 pin connector from the ELD, turn ignition on.
7. Check the voltage with a multimeter between pin number 3 (grn/red wire) and ground.
8. If you have about 5v, replace the ELD.
9. If you don't have approx 5v, look for/repair the short in the wire between the ECU and the ELD.
The ELD is not a fuse, it's a little black box a little bigger than a relay.
