yeah, maybe ya'll are right. Maybe Honda should take pointers from Ford and Dodge and make it look like an old throwback. Why move forward when you can just keep things the same right?
Why does a chassis need to be MR if Honda's SH-AWD system allows better performance in a factory based platform?
Ya'll can cry about it, and I'll sit and watch Honda make their mark in the resurgence of Japanese supercars.
Dont' get me wrong, the NSX will ALWAYS have a place with me. It's a great car...a GREAT car, but I'm open to whatever Honda has new to offer. When Honda decideds to step into a market, they don't do it half ***, they change the market.
Look at the Honda business jet. In aerospace, when new jets are designed, an increase in efficiency of 3 or 4% is cause for blowout parties among exec's. Honda's conservative numbers suggest the Honda business jet will be 25%+ more efficient than the current market offering. Lawnmowers, cars, planes, even cleaning beaches...when Honda does it, they do it right.

So they pull out of F1 to put more money into developpement for the NSX or wtv it's called? I see this car getting cancelled with the recession, sales will be horrible I think. They lost alot lovers of the NSX and race bred fans once it was declared to be non mr. Not to mention I don't hear many ppl ranting and raving over the RLs AWD which leads to question how good will this AWD be with decent amounts of power if it does actually come out.
With them pulling out of F1 and not offering anymore engines what does that tell you? All for a sum of 500 million, 25% cleaner if the jet ever comes out with the market as is I don't see that happening either.

I couldnt agree more. My first thoughts "Looks like a G35 or 350Z"... and I just dont get the same feeling when looking at it as I did the older chassis.

This car fits in with the rest of Acura's line up. They screwed that up why would we expect anything less of thier "sports car". There is not a single car in Acura's line up that I would be interested in buying. Not even this ugly thing.

I'm here to cry about it.
This is what the new NSX should have been:
- All Aluminum
- 5.0+ V10
- 100bhp/L
- AWD
- Mid-engine
- Maintain everyday driveability
